About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, relationship builder, and business-minded sales professional who enjoys understanding customer needs, creating opportunities, and converting conversations into long-term business relationships.
You’ll work closely with enterprise customers, manage the complete sales journey, and take ownership of building and growing your sales pipeline across key industries.

What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, IT, or technology sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and senior decision-makers.




Valuable business acumen and the ability to understand customer challenges and business requirements.
Strong customer relationship management and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in lead qualification, opportunity development, negotiations, and sales closures.
Ability to build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Strong understanding of the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and account development.
Good understanding of IT/SaaS solutions and digital transformation.
Ability to conduct product discussions, presentations, and solution-oriented conversations with prospects.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
Self-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Presales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
