We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with 3–4 years of experience who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing a brand in the learning and development space. What We’re Looking For :
3–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in training, learning & development, consulting,



or team building industry.
Strong ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to evolving business needs.
Creative thinker who can come up with ideas and solutions on the fly.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
