About GetNomik
GetNomik is a legal-tech platform built to make legal services and qualified legal workflows more accessible, efficient, and technology-driven.
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to help us grow our network of lawyers and law firms and drive lawyer onboarding onto the GetNomik platform.

What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential lawyers, advocates, law firms, and legal professionals who could benefit from GetNomik.
Build and maintain a database of potential lawyer partners.
Reach out to lawyers through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other appropriate channels.
Introduce GetNomik and clearly communicate its value proposition to lawyers.
Understand lawyers’ requirements, concerns, and objections and communicate them to the internal team.
Follow up consistently with interested lawyers and move them through the onboarding process.
Assist lawyers with registration, profile completion, document submission,



and platform onboarding where required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and onboarding status.
Work towards weekly and monthly lawyer acquisition/onboarding targets.
Identify new channels, communities, partnerships, and strategies for reaching lawyers.
Support the Business Development and Growth team with campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Confidence speaking with professionals and initiating conversations.
Good English communication, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to research and identify relevant prospects.
Organised approach to managing leads and follow-ups.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and basic CRM or lead-management tools.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
