We're hiring a Chief Human Resources Officer to sit at the center of that mission. Someone who understands that culture isn't a poster on a wall — it's what happens in the room when leadership isn't watching, in every office, in every time zone.
What you'll own:
Building the talent engine that powers the DVS vision — from hiring to leadership development, across markets
Designing a culture that travels well: consistent in values, fluent in local context
Leading the people side of M&A; — due diligence, integration, harmonisation, and retaining the talent that made the deal worth doing
Partnering with founders and leadership on org design, performance, and succession
Turning "our people are our greatest asset" from a cliché into a P&L; reality




What we're looking for:
Senior HR leadership experience, ideally through a high-growth or transformation phase
Global, multi-geography exposure — you've built and led teams across countries and navigated the labour law, compliance, and cultural realities of each
Hands-on M&A; experience — you've been in the room for the diligence and, more importantly, the messy integration that follows
Breadth of exposure across industries, business models, or stages — you bring pattern recognition, not a single playbook
A track record of scaling teams without diluting culture
Strategic instincts backed by real operating depth — you can build the framework and run the process
Genuine care for people, paired with the courage to have hard conversations
Location: Chennai, with global scope
