Role Description

We are looking for a Staff Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for experienced engineers from manufacturing and process-based industries who are interested in working across plant engineering, maintenance, production, utilities, process improvement, equipment reliability, and technical projects.

The Staff Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process,



quality, utility, and project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring plant equipment and engineering systems.
Troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
Supporting preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
Improving equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
Supporting production and process-improvement initiatives.
Coordinating with engineers, technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Supporting installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of plant equipment.
Maintaining engineering documentation and technical records.
Supporting continuous improvement, productivity, safety, and cost-optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
