About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional with strong expertise in Indian payroll processing and statutory compliances. The incumbent will own the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensure 100% statutory compliance, and support day-to-day HR operations, working closely with Finance, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing,



including inputs collection (attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, incentives, reimbursements, salary revisions).
Validate payroll outputs, reconcile variances, and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Handle Full & Final settlements, gratuity, bonus, and leave encashment calculations.
Manage employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, payslips, and reimbursements within defined TATs.
Coordinate investment proof collection and verification for income tax purposes; support Form 16 issuance.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely deposits and return filings for PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax (PT), LWF, and TDS (Form 24Q).
Maintain compliance under key labour laws – Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefit Act, CLRA (as applicable).
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle processes – onboarding documentation,
