Neurula Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build and accelerate our B2B sales pipeline across the UAE and GCC markets.
You will identify the right decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and create high-quality opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across healthcare, enterprise, AI, and technology sectors
Build targeted prospect lists of companies and key decision-makers
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, online research, and other channels
Identify decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Hospital Directors, IT Directors, and Digital Transformation leaders
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns and personalized outreach
Qualify leads based on business need, budget, authority, and project potential
Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities




Research target industries, competitors, market trends, and potential accounts
Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to improve conversion rates
Track KPIs including leads generated, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, response rates, and conversions

Required:
1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, SDR, business development, or similar roles
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Strong LinkedIn and internet research skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking with senior decision-makers
Understanding of B2B technology/software sales is an advantage
Experience with CRM tools is preferred
Solid follow-up and organizational skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach rather than relying only on mass messaging
