About the Role
PMUK Global Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & MIS Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and business MIS. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, Excel, and data-driven reporting that supports business decision-making.
This role requires someone who can balance accounting accuracy with analytical reporting and work closely with multiple functions across the organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts
Record day-to-day accounting transactions.
Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections).
Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments).
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain accurate books of accounts.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.




Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Verify employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare Daily Sales MIS reports.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Business MIS reports.
Generate profitability reports by product, customer, and channel.
Track collections, outstanding receivables, and ageing reports.
Monitor inventory movement and stock reconciliation.
Prepare purchase and sales analysis reports.
Develop management dashboards using Excel.
Analyse business performance and highlight key trends and insights.
Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.

Data & Process Management
Maintain accurate master data across systems.
Improve reporting formats and automate repetitive reports.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across ERP systems, accounting software, and Excel reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Ecommerce teams for data
