Role Description The Visa Processing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand. The role involves handling end-to-end visa application processes for study, work, immigration, and visitor categories, including document collection, verification, and data entry in internal systems and portals. The executive will coordinate with clients to explain requirements, timelines, and procedures, respond to queries, and provide transparent guidance at every stage. Daily tasks include tracking application status, preparing and reviewing forms, organizing supporting documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves assisting with basic market and policy research, supporting awareness events, and collaborating with team members to ensure compliant and timely visa submissions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for client interaction, explanation of procedures, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documents, interpret visa requirements,



and identify discrepancies or risks in applications.
Candidates should possess Data Processing skills for accurate data entry, record keeping, and handling visa-related information in systems and spreadsheets.
Candidates should possess Order Processing skills to manage application workflows, track submissions, and follow up on pending cases.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and overseas education trends.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in commerce, business, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with online application portals and documentation tools.
Attention to detail, integrity, client-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
