About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can generate new business opportunities for our Events, Exhibitions, Brand Activations, Dealer Meets, Conferences and MICE projects.
This is primarily a business acquisition role, not an operations or client-servicing position.
The person should already understand the events/exhibitions industry and preferably have an existing network of corporate marketing, procurement, administration and event decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new corporate clients.
Generate meetings with relevant decision-makers.

Develop business for:
Corporate Events
Exhibitions
Dealer & Distributor Meets
Product Launches
Conferences
Brand Activations
MICE
Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Corporate Communication teams, Procurement teams and other decision-makers.
Track upcoming events, exhibitions and pitches.
Understand client briefs and identify opportunities.




Coordinate with the Founder and internal team for pitches and proposals.
Follow up consistently until closure.
Reactivate old and dormant corporate accounts.
Maintain complete sales pipeline and CRM.
Attend client meetings across Delhi NCR and travel when required.

Monthly KPIs
40–50 meaningful client conversations
12–15 qualified meetings
Minimum 8–10 completed meetings
5+ genuine briefs/RFP opportunities
3–5 active proposals
New client acquisition and revenue generation
Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates from:
Event agencies
Exhibition agencies
Experiential marketing companies
MICE companies
Corporate event divisions
4/5-star hotel corporate/MICE sales

The candidate should:

Have strong corporate contacts.
Be comfortable with cold outreach as well as relationship-based selling.
Be confident meeting senior marketing and procurement professionals.
