Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru & Vijayawada South. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage agency partners, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth in assigned territories. This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring agency representatives, monitoring their performance,



and supporting them in acquiring and servicing customers. The role involves regular market visits, relationship-building with local stakeholders, and implementing bank strategies and policies at the agency level. The Agency Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, maintain compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines, and provide timely reporting and insights to leadership.
Qualifications

Solid sales and business development skills, including experience meeting or exceeding targets and growing customer or partner networks.
Proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trust with agency partners and local customers.
Solid operational and compliance understanding, including familiarity with banking or financial services processes and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
