Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative social media content creator who can take ownership of Zylu’s social media content from ideation to execution.
You will be responsible for creating engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant channels, with a robust focus on Reels, short-form videos, storytelling and brand-building content.
This is not a purely executional posting role. We are looking for someone who understands what content works, why it works,



and how to consistently turn ideas and trends into high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end social media content lifecycle — ideation, scripting, creation, publishing and performance analysis.
Develop engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, carousels and other social formats aligned with Zylu’s brand.
Write strong scripts, hooks, captions and content narratives that drive attention and engagement.
Conceptualize and create trend-driven and original content relevant to salon owners, beauty professionals and consumers.
Be comfortable presenting/acting on camera and creating personality-led content when required.
Work closely with the Marketing and Leadership teams to convert business objectives, product features and campaigns into compelling social content.
Identify emerging social media trends, formats, sounds, creators and content patterns and quickly turn relevant trends into Zylu content.
