Role Requirement
The role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing B2B clients. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless customer experience from order confirmation to project completion, driving repeat business, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
The ideal candidate is customer-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing corporate clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Account Management
Manage projects from order confirmation until successful delivery.
Coordinate with Production,



Procurement, Warehouse, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution.
Track order status and proactively update clients on progress.
Ensure all client commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.

Revenue Growth
Drive repeat orders from existing clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain regular engagement with customers throughout the year.
Generate referrals through excellent service.

Customer Experience
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure complaints are resolved within the defined turnaround time.
Maintain a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
Collect customer feedback after project completion.

Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth project handover.
Work closely with Finance regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure on-time dispatch.
