Roles and Responsibilities:
Elicit, document, and refine business and solution requirements from audit and operational stakeholders.
Translate complex business use cases into feature requests, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Support discovery and feasibility assessment for AI-driven opportunities in audit processes.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solution design with audit objectives, compliance standards, and operational constraints.
Facilitate user testing, training, feedback loops, and ongoing solution improvement.
Skills Required:
4 - 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or product analysis.




Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience in business analysis or product analysis roles.
Hands-on experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives and communicating model requirements in business terms.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams on solution design, data source identification, and business process alignment.
Experience producing structured documentation, user stories, and business-facing requirements for technology delivery teams.
Positive to Have:
Agile, Scrum, and experience in audit, risk, or professional services environments.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, AI/ML, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
