We work at the intersection of institutional tenants — nationalised and private banks, NBFCs, QSR and F&B; chains, retail brands, and corporate occupiers — and a discerning investor base of HNIs, NRIs, and family offices seeking stable, yield-generating commercial real estate across Delhi-NCR.

THE ROLE




We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to lead and expand our bank- and brand-leasing pipeline. This is a network-driven, deal-origination role: you will be the person banks, NBFCs, and consumer brands call first when they need a branch, ATM, or store location — and the person who converts that requirement into a closed, pre-leased asset for our investor clients. Success in this role depends on an existing, active leasing network across multiple verticals, not just transaction experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Bank & NBFC Relationships — Own and grow relationships with real estate/expansion teams at banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to source branch, ATM, and back-office leasing mandates.
Brand & Retail Relationships — Build and maintain leasing pipelines with QSR, F&B;, retail, pharmacy, D2C, and other brand categories expanding across Delhi-NCR.
Site Identification & Matching — Identify suitable ground-floor, corner, and high-footfall properties
