? What You'll Do
• Drive business development and revenue growth for interior & construction projects
• Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, cold calling and B2B channels
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure




• Acquire new domestic and international clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and site visits
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and execution teams
• Present BOQs, quotations, drawings, material specifications and project scopes
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, timelines and payment milestones
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales, collection and revenue targets
? What We're Looking For
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Interior / Construction / Architecture / Real Estate / B2B Sales
✅ Solid client acquisition and closing skills
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Good understanding of interior & construction materials and execution processes
✅ Ability to understand BOQs, drawings, quotations and project scopes
