We are looking for a confident and target-oriented International Online Sales & School Outreach Manager
to drive enrolments and build school partnerships for Learn with Leaders' online programs in the USA. The
candidate will engage with parents, students, schools, educators, and institutional partners, conduct
online meetings, develop school contacts, present suitable programs, manage follow-ups, and convert
qualified leads into enrolments and partnerships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in international sales, consultative selling, phone/video
communication, and follow-up, with the ability to work according to USA time zones.

Key Responsibilities (School Outreach & Online Meetings)
Handle sales and enrolment for Learn with Leaders' online programs targeting students and families in the USA.
Conduct online meetings with schools, educators, counsellors, and institutional partners to countries.
Reach out to prospective schools and build a strong pipeline of school contacts and institutional leads.
Conduct school outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp,



and other skilled
communication channels.
Schedule and participate in Zoom/Google Meet meetings with school representatives and prospective
partners.
 Be comfortable working remotely while maintaining regular communication and participation in online
meetings during US time zones.
 Explain program curriculum, benefits, faculty/mentors, schedule, fees, and enrolment process.
 Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend relevant programs.
 Maintain an updated database of school contacts, communication history, meetings, follow-ups, and
outcomes.
 Maintain regular follow-ups with school contacts and convert conversations into school partnerships,
program collaborations, and student enrolments.
 Join scheduled online team and client meetings and actively contribute to discussions and presentations.
 Conduct product/program presentations and online counselling sessions for parents
