About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Process Consultant to bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders, product management teams, and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, documentation management, Jira administration, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring seamless translation of business requirements into functional and technical solutions. What You'll Do:

Bridge communication gaps between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams.
Analyze, clarify, and resolve project requirement ambiguities and gaps identified by both clients and internal teams.
Gather, document, refine, and maintain business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Actively manage, update, track,



and maintain Jira tickets, backlogs, user stories, epics, and requirement documentation.
Ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Translate business and product requirements into detailed functional specifications for Development and QA teams.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, grooming sessions, and solution discussions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure common understanding of requirements.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story definition, and acceptance criteria creation.
Track requirement changes and ensure proper communication and documentation across stakeholders.
Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps that may impact project delivery and proactively drive resolution.
