Altrus HealthCare, Dehradun is looking for a Head of Growth & Business Development to own the hospital's top line.

This is a revenue leadership role, not a communications role. You will be accountable for footfall, service-line growth and the cost of acquiring a patient.

WHY THIS ROLE, NOW

Altrus is a multispecialty hospital in Dehradun with an established maternity, paediatric and fertility practice and a widening general base. We are in the middle of the largest expansion in the hospital's history. From 2027 we add Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Urology, Oncology, Critical Care and full time Orthopaedics, bring CT and MRI in-house, and cross 100 beds.

The ambition does not stop at one building. Altrus intends to become a chain of hospitals and the leading private healthcare name in Uttarakhand and the wider region. This role builds the demand engine that makes that possible.

WE ARE AN AI-NATIVE HOSPITAL

AI and automation already run inside our operations — discharge summaries, WhatsApp patient journeys, insurance and claims processing, facility management,



and marketing itself — built by a dedicated technology team towards an in-house hospital information system. You will not wait three months for a report. You will specify what you need, get it built, and use it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

· Monthly and quarterly targets for OPD footfall, IPD admissions, deliveries and surgical volumes
· Cost per lead, cost per admission and revenue by service line — and the authority to kill channels that do not convert
· A structured referral programme with GPs, specialists and diagnostic centres across Garhwal
· TPA, insurer, corporate and government empanelment
· Performance marketing across Google, Meta and WhatsApp, and the agencies that run it
· The commercial launch of each super-specialty as it commissions
· The marketing, business development and front-office teams

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
