Job Description – SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant
Role: SAP QM Consultant
Primary Skill: Digital : SAP Quality Management (QM)
Secondary Skill: Digital : SAP Quality Management
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Location: TCS – Bangalore
Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Quality Management (QM) processes in SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
Implement and enhance Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications.
Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, PM, WM/EWM, and SD modules.
Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and provide end-to-end solutions.
Support master data setup, inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality certificates.
Execute system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.




Provide user training and documentation for QM business processes.
Required Skills
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM.
Strong knowledge of Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM implementations and support projects.
Expertise in QM integration with MM, PP, PM, and SD modules.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to SAP EWM and Manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and Embedded Analytics.
SAP QM certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
