Role Description

The Assistant Vice President – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role oversees end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including planning campaigns, identifying and onboarding influencers, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring timely execution. The AVP will collaborate with brand partners to understand their objectives, translate them into influencer-led plans, and optimize performance using platform insights.



Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising campaign teams, guiding market and audience analysis, managing key client relationships, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as product, sales, and analytics. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, refining best practices, and contributing to the growth of Viral Pitch’s influencer ecosystem.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to translate insights into effective influencer marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in Marketing Management and Marketing, especially in digital or influencer-focused environments.
Proficiency in Public Relations, including managing brand reputation, stakeholder communication, and creator relationships.
Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex, multi-brand campaigns.
