Role Description The MAHILA CAREER ADVISOR role in Kurnool is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing career guidance and support to individuals, with a specific emphasis on women’s career development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assessing career interests and skills,



and helping individuals develop realistic career plans aligned with their goals. The role involves organizing workshops and awareness programs, sharing information on LIC career opportunities, and supporting candidates through application, training, and onboarding processes. The MAHILA CAREER ADVISOR will collaborate with local educational institutions, community organizations, and LIC branch teams to promote career awareness and development.
