Role Summary:
The Head of Marketing at 4baseCare will own the end-to-end marketing charter for oncology and genomics solutions across India and international markets. This role demands execution excellence, strong oncology market understanding, and the ability to conceptualize, plan, budget, execute, and scale marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy & Planning:
Develop Annual Marketing Plans (AMP) aligned with company growth priorities, GTM strategies, and revenue targets.



Own annual and quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and financial discipline.
Translate business objectives into explicit, executable marketing roadmaps.
Define market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and channel strategies across geographies.

2.Execution & GTM Leadership:
Conceptualize, develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing strategies across digital, field, scientific, and partner-led channels.
Lead new product launches, including GTM planning, field enablement, launch campaigns, and post-launch optimization.
Drive lab launch marketing plans (Hub & Spoke models), including physician engagement, regional visibility, and activation programs.
Work closely with Sales, Medical, Operations, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution.

3.Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership:
Design and execute high-impact webinars, CMEs, roundtables, and scientific programs for oncologists, pathologists, and health
