About the Role
RB LawCorp is looking for a tech-savvy Sales skilled who can drive the marketing and sales of our in-house HRMS and Legal Case Management Software solutions.
The role will be primarily sales-oriented, involving lead generation, client acquisition, product demonstrations, relationship management, and converting prospects into paying clients.
The ideal candidate should understand HRMS / HR technology and be confident in presenting software solutions to HR teams, corporates, law firms, and other potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential clients for the firm's HRMS and Legal Software.
Coordinate with the development/technical team for product development, redevelopment, upgrades, and new feature requirements based on client feedback, market trends, and business requirements.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to product demonstration, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.




Conduct professional and convincing product demos for prospective clients.
Understand the client's requirements and demonstrate how the software can solve their business and HR-related challenges.
Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Business Heads, CXOs, Legal Heads, and other decision-makers.
Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, meetings, and other business development activities.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, presentations, and client communication.
Identify current markets, industries, and business opportunities for the software.
Coordinate with the internal technology/product team for client requirements, demos, customizations, and onboarding.
Gather client feedback and communicate market requirements to the internal team for future product improvements.
