? Why We're Hiring
We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who can own the ideas, messaging, and words behind high-performing ad creatives.
This is not a traditional copywriting role.
You won't just write valuable-sounding copy. You'll be expected to understand the audience, identify winning angles, write the hooks and scripts, analyze performance, and continuously improve creative based on data.

Your work should ultimately help:




Stop the scroll → Generate qualified leads → Improve conversion → Reduce CPL/CPA → Drive client revenue

? What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
A strong copywriter first, with the ability to write persuasive ads, hooks, headlines, landing pages, and video scripts.
Experienced in writing for paid advertising environments, especially Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
Able to show real performance data behind their work—screenshots, case studies, CPL improvements, conversion rates, ROAS, or other measurable outcomes.
Experienced with coaching, consulting, EdTech, info-products, or personal brands.
Strong at identifying audience psychology, pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers.
Comfortable writing UGC-style scripts, VSLs, short-form video scripts, static ad copy, and landing page copy.
Analytical enough to understand why a creative works—and why it stops working.
