Role Description: The Medical Record Summarizer is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records for use in legal, insurance, and medical-legal research contexts. Day-to-day tasks include organizing medical documentation, identifying key clinical events, creating clear and concise case timelines, and extracting relevant medical and diagnostic information.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to clarify medical details, ensuring consistency and accuracy across summaries, and adhering to established quality and compliance standards. The Medical Record Summarizer will also prepare reports that support personal injury, medical malpractice, mass tort, and insurance cases. This is a full time, on-site role based in Tambaram, Chennai.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and a solid understanding of medicine to accurately interpret clinical records.
Proficiency in health information management and medical records handling, including organizing, indexing, and summarizing complex files.
Customer service skills to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients when needed.
