Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving program enrollments and leading a growing sales team. This role oversees daily sales operations, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Sales Team Lead engages with prospective participants, understands their needs,



and communicates the value of Iron Lady’s programs through calls, meetings, and presentations. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with marketing and program teams to optimize outreach and conversion. The Sales Team Lead is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, ensure accurate reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Sales skills with demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
