Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with consultants, founders and client leadership teams to understand business problems, analyse data, identify opportunities and convert insights into practical business strategies and action plans.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys business problem-solving, research, numbers, strategy and working directly on real business situations.





You will be expected to go beyond preparing reports — you should be able to understand why a business is facing a problem and what should be done about it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis

Analyse business performance, financials, operations, sales, marketing and customer data.
Identify business gaps, inefficiencies, risks and growth opportunities.
Study business models, revenue streams, cost structures and unit economics.
Prepare business performance analysis and management reports.
Develop dashboards, MIS reports and analytical frameworks.

2. Market & Competitor Research

Conduct market research and industry analysis.
Analyse competitors, pricing, positioning, offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and potential risks.
Prepare market intelligence reports for clients and internal strategy teams.

3. Client Consulting Support

Participate in client discovery meetings and business discussions.
