Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Nashik with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning for business expansion.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management within financial or professional services.
Strong skills in client relationship management, networking, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with financial data and market research.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
