Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Writer role based in Hyderabad. The Technical Writer will create, organize, and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, release notes, and knowledge base articles for AI and software products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information, understanding complex systems, and translating them into accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences. The role involves defining documentation structures, following style guides and documentation standards, and ensuring consistency across all deliverables. The Technical Writer will also review and update existing documents, manage documentation repositories, and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.
