What this job involves:

As a Facilities Manager at our client's organisation, you'll take responsibility for managing the complete facility technical infrastructure for our clients, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems. This critical role requires you to develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs that minimizaae downtime while extending equipment life and optimizing operational efficiency. You'll oversee technical staff and contractors, manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditure plans, and ensure full compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Oversee and coordinate technical staff, contractors, and service providers, building productive relationships to ensure quality service delivery
Create and manage annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditure plans, implementing cost control measures that maintain service quality
