Property Management Operations & Leasing Specialist
Remote (Offshore) | Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST

About the Role
We're hiring an organized, self-motivated qualified to support leasing, resident services, marketing, and compliance across a U.S. market-rate and affordable housing portfolio.
No prior affordable-housing experience needed. We'll train you on LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, and NJDCA processes. We're hiring for ownership, organization, and follow-through — not existing knowledge of U.S. housing programs.
? Growth path: As the portfolio grows, this role grows into helping train and coordinate a wider offshore team.

Core Responsibilities
Leasing: Manage prospects from inquiry to move-in — tours, applications, screening, waitlists
Marketing: Post/manage listings (Zillow, Facebook Marketplace), respond to inquiries, track conversion and occupancy
Resident Relations: Handle renewals, resident concerns, and day-to-day communication
Property Admin: Maintain accurate records,



coordinate turnovers and work orders with onsite teams
Compliance (training provided): Process certifications, verifications, and audit-ready documentation for LIHTC/HUD/NJDCA programs

What We're Looking For
Experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or another detail-driven admin role (preferred)
Strong organization, follow-through, and written/spoken English
Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software
Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
Spanish is a plus, not required
