We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially driven Online Sales Head who can scale our online business profitably while building solid marketplace relationships and leading a high-performing team.

Role Overview

This role is not just about managing online marketplaces.

You will own the complete Online Business P&L; across E-commerce and Quick Commerce—from revenue planning and platform growth to performance marketing, catalogue excellence, supply chain alignment and business expansion.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers,

What Youll Own

1. Revenue & Business Growth
Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP) achievement across all online platforms.
Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Drive profitable growth while achieving contribution margin targets.
Build platform-wise growth plans and execute them consistently.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through assortment, visibility and campaigns.

2. Marketplace & Key Account Management
Build strategic relationships with Category Managers, KAMs and platform leadership.
Conduct structured Joint Business Plan (JBP) meetings with every platform every month.
Improve visibility through campaigns, placements and platform initia
