About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SEO Lead with 8 to 10+ years of experience to own and scale our organic search strategy across traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization). This role is responsible for driving qualified organic traffic and lead generation, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring our digital presence performs well not just on Google, but across AI-driven search and answer surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, etc.).





The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist and executor who can audit, plan, and drive execution while also mentoring a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and designers. This role owns growth across Organic, Social, Referral, and LLM/AI-driven traffic channels, with solid working knowledge of CRO and Social Media to ensure traffic translates into engagement and qualified leads.

Strategy & Planning

● Develop and own the end-to-end SEO/AEO/GEO/AIO strategy aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
● Own performance and growth strategy across Organic Search, Social, Referral, and LLM/AI-driven traffic channels — not SEO in isolation.
● Conduct comprehensive website audits (technical, on-page, off-page, backlinks outreach, content, and AI-readiness) and build actionable roadmaps.
