Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events and conferences, including logistics coordination, team management, vendor collaboration, and ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.



The role involves streamlining operational processes, managing event setups, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with project objectives.

Qualifications
Event Planning, Project Management, and Logistics coordination experience
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
Vendor and Stakeholder Relationship Management abilities
Budget Planning, Scheduling, and Organizational skills
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making expertise
Proficiency in using event management software and tools
Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Prior experience in MICE or event management is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
