Job Summary

The Customer Service & Sales Specialist acts as the primary contact for prospective commercial and residential clients. This role focuses on outbound calling, qualifying leads, pitching PestGone’s customized pest management solutions, and scheduling service consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls to targeted residential households and local businesses. Identify decision-makers, assess pest control needs, and generate qualified leads.
Consultative Sales & Package Promotion: Educate prospects on PestGone’s preventative and reactive treatment plans (e.g., quarterly residential programs, commercial compliance plans). Articulate value propositions to convert prospects into scheduled appointments or active accounts.
Inbound Call & Inquiry Handling:



Field inbound customer service and sales calls. Address concerns, provide accurate service quotes, and resolve general inquiries with skilled, efficient communication.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Accurately record prospect details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database. Maintain clean records to ensure consistent lead tracking and client history.
Objection Handling & Retention: Overcome common customer hesitations regarding pricing or contract terms. Apply active listening to recommend the most cost-effective PestGone plan for each unique property.

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission per closed sale
