WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver engaging, outcome-based and experiential learning in Production & Operations Management
Teach Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Management, Project Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Inventory Management and related areas
Integrate industry cases, simulations, data analytics and technology-enabled learning
Mentor students on projects, internships, research and live industry assignments
Contribute to curriculum development, academic initiatives and institutional activities
Undertake impactful research and publish in reputed/Scopus/UGC-indexed journals
Build meaningful industry–academia collaborations through workshops, guest sessions, industry visits and live projects





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MBA/PGDM in Operations/Production & Operations Management from a reputed institution
Ph.D. in Management/Operations/Production & Operations or related discipline will be preferred
Candidates meeting applicable AICTE/UGC norms will be preferred
Prior teaching experience in a reputed B-School/University is desirable
Relevant industry experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality or Manufacturing is an added advantage
Robust communication, research, mentoring and academic skills
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Supply Chain 4.0, AI in Operations, Lean Six Sigma, Automation, Sustainability and Data-driven Decision Making will be an advantage
