Nyati Group is expanding its Contracts Team and is looking for talented Civil Engineering professionals who are passionate about Contracts, Procurement, Negotiation, Cost Optimization & Vendor Management.
? OPEN POSITIONS
1. Junior Engineer – Contracts
? Experience: Up to 5 Years
2. Senior Engineer – Contracts
? Experience: 8–10 Years
?️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contractor identification, evaluation & vendor development
* BOQ floating, quotation collection & comparative statements
* Rate analysis, negotiation & commercial finalization
* Budget vs. actual contract value monitoring
* Preparation & issuance of Work Orders and Contracts
* Ensuring technical specifications, brands, scope, safety & T&C; are incorporated in WOs
* Contractor documentation & ERP vendor registration
* Coordination with Projects, Site, QA/QC, Stores & Accounts teams
* Monitoring contractor schedules, manpower & material deployment
* Site/vendor/factory visits and contractor performance evaluation
* Contract billing coordination through closure
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities and reporting irregularities
* Supporting management in contract-related assignments
? QUALIFICATION
✅ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
✅ Strong negotiation & analytical skills
✅ Excellent communication & networking abilities
✅ Good time-management skills
✅ Working knowledge of ERP systems
✅ Experience in Real Estate / Construction Contracts will be an advantage
