? Experience: Minimum 1 & Maximum 2 year in Technical/IT Recruitment/ Non IT Recruitment
? Salary: ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Source qualified IT/Technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels using organic and inorganic sourcing methods.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates through the complete hiring process.
Ensure selected candidates successfully join the organization.
Connect with companies and HR/Talent Acquisition teams for new client acquisition.
Generate and manage new hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate and client databases and provide regular updates.




Work towards achieving monthly sourcing, interview, selection and joining targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
Technical Graduate Compulsary
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills.
Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Target-oriented and focused on closures.
Recruitment consultancy/agency experience will be an advantage.
