About The Role

Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Decision Management Platform (DMP) team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs that underpin critical decision-making systems across the organization.



The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, data science, and business stakeholders, to drive strategic initiatives forward. You will be responsible for defining program scope, milestones, and success metrics, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
