As we scale our retail and distribution network across India, we are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales professionals to drive sales and dealer growth through phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, identifying potential retail/dealer partners, onboarding new dealers, and driving repeat business from existing partners.
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, comfortable with high-volume calling, target-oriented, and skilled at converting leads into customers and long-term business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective retailers, dealers, and business customers.
Handle inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ControlZ devices.




Explain product features, pricing, warranty, schemes, and commercial terms.
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Dealer Appointment & Onboarding
Identify and qualify potential dealers through calling, online research, and lead databases.
Pitch the ControlZ Authorized Dealer opportunity to prospective partners.
Manage the complete dealer onboarding process, including documentation and first order.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and dealer accounts.
Dealer Retention & Repeat Sales
Regularly connect with existing dealers to understand requirements and drive repeat orders.
Inform dealers about current launches, pricing, schemes, offers, and inventory availability.
