Role Description The Branch Head role at Homcrafts is a full time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, including managing interior projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role involves supervising designers, supervisors, and engineers, providing direction, resolving operational issues,



and maintaining quality standards across all ongoing projects. The Branch Head will manage client relationships, conduct site visits, review designs and proposals, and ensure that customer expectations and budgets are met. The role also includes tracking branch performance, reporting to senior leadership, optimizing resource allocation, and driving local business growth while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional staff such as designers, supervisors, and engineers.
