Job Overview: -
We are seeking a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our HCL DRYiCE Product team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including CMDB, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -
At least 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Experience in the SecOps Domain would be highly desirable.
Robust hands-on experience with: -
- Third-party integrations.




- Scripted REST APIs.
- Import Sets.
- Integration Hub.
Work Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Noida.
Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid Model.

Key Responsibilities: -
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
Configure and Maintain Discovery executions
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow applications.
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Good to have:
Exposure to IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery.
