Job Description: Test Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (Banking Domain)

Location: Mumbai
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst/Subject Matter Expert with solid domain expertise in Banking. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in one or more banking areas including Core Banking, SME Banking, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending/Loan Management Systems, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Manual Testing activities across banking applications.
Analyze BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, and Business Requirements.
Prepare and review test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
Validate critical banking workflows and ensure business process compliance.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Track, prioritize,



and manage defects through closure using tools like JIRA or ALM.
Mentor junior testers and provide testing best practices across the team.
Support release planning, production validation, and defect triage activities.

Required Banking Domain Expertise
Core Banking: CASA, Customer Information File (CIF), Deposits, Customer Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Interest Processing, and General Banking Operations.
SME Banking: SME Lending, Business Accounts, Working Capital, Customer Servicing, and Credit Operations.
Payments: UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Payment Gateway, Fund Transfers, Reconciliation, Settlement, and Transaction Processing.
Trade Finance: Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, Bills Processing, and SWIFT.
Treasury: Liquidity Management, Investment Management, Securities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, Treasury Risk Management, Treasury Limits,
