Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District, responsible for managing and growing Blue Ramp Management’s presence across social media platforms.



This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with event calendars, creating and curating engaging content, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and brand consistency. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to improve audience growth and lead generation. Daily tasks include coordinating with event, marketing, and design teams, responding to audience interactions, managing social media calendars, and supporting live event coverage through posts, stories, and other formats. The role also includes staying current with platform updates and best practices to keep the brand’s digital presence competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns.
