Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Daskroi. The Customer Service Representative will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, timely, and professional assistance. Responsibilities include resolving issues, processing requests, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and technology to address client concerns, sharing feedback that supports service improvement, and adhering to established procedures and service-level standards. Qualifications
