Role Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Identify and approach brands, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients that align with the agency's offerings.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.




Conduct client meetings, understand business objectives, and present tailored marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, commercial quotations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
Lead negotiations and successfully close recent business deals.
Build long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
Work closely with the Strategy, Creative, Social Media, Production, and Performance Marketing teams to develop winning pitches.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline reports.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Represent Socio Street Advertising at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
