Job Title: Upper Line Inspector (Footwear Manufacturing)
Location: India
Experience: 2–5 years in footwear upper inspection

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect shoe uppers during cutting, skiving, stitching, closing, and finishing.
- Identify defects related to materials, stitching, measurements, construction, colour, and workmanship.
- Verify production against approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular in-line and end-line inspections.
- Record defects, rejection levels, and quality findings accurately.
- Immediately report recurring issues to supervisors and production teams.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure defects are not repeated.




- Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain consistent output.
- Support final inspection and shipment-quality checks.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in footwear upper quality inspection.
- Good knowledge of shoe upper construction and stitching defects.
- Ability to read specifications and compare production with approved samples.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work full time onsite at the factory.
