We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele Sales Officer with excellent communication skills to promote our services, engage with potential clients, and support overall sales growth.
Location : Santosh Nagar Hyderabad
Work week : 5 days ( Mon-fri)
Working Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion targets.
Update and maintain CRM records with accurate customer details and follow-up notes.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointment setting and lead handovers.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales or customer service (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
