Role Description The IT Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves leading cross-functional project teams, managing program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The IT Program Manager will define program roadmaps,



track progress against key milestones, and report status to leadership with clear metrics and dashboards. Responsibilities include driving adherence to governance and quality standards, resolving issues and escalations, supporting resource planning, and promoting continuous improvement in program and project management practices.
